COMPONENT PARTS

 

1 – WIRE PAYOFFS AND FEEDING FUNNEL

 

 

 

u  2 nos complete payoffs.

u  Maximum loading capacity 3,500Kg each.

u  Spring-loaded roller arms guarantee a constant wire tension during de-coiling

procedure. The Payoff stations will be delivered with coil baskets capable to carry

the customer’s coils.

2 – WIRE STRAIGHTENING UNITS

 

u  One set external horizontal straightening unit and one set internal vertical

straightening unit to guarantee good straightness.

u  The last 2 rollers on each straightening unit are built  separately to allow independent

straightening adjustment for double wire feeding.

u  Suitable for single wire:5-13mm, double wire:5-10mm.

u  Each roller can be adjusted separately manually for different diameter.


 

 

3 – WIRE FEEDING UNITS

u  Two motorized feeding rollers driven by servo-motor.

u  Two measuring roller with encoder.

u  A pneumatic pressure system ensures all wire are pulled by feeding unit without damaging their outer surface.

u  Synchronous belt instead of gear box, easy to maintain and save cost.

u  Improved feeding unit to guarantee bigger traction force, machine speed faster, size 

        more accurate.

 

 

 

 

4 – WIRE BENDING UNITS

 

 

u  Servo motor drive.

u  Double direction bending.

u  It consists of a rotating and retractable bending arm driven by servo-motor.

u  Improved to round plate bending unit to avoid stirrup assort ion.

u  Synchronous belt instead of gear box, easy to maintain and save cost.

u  Central bending mandrel can be easily replaced to make different shape and bending

5 – WIRE CUTTING UNITS

 

 

u  Fixed blade can be used 2 edges, mobile blade can be used 4 edges.

u  Special cutting arm design to avoid stirrup distortion.
