COMPONENTS AND CHARACTERISTICS
1 – WIRE PAYOFFS
u 2 nos complete payoffs with swinging arm.
u Maximum loading capacity 3,000Kg each.
u Automatic braking system (pneumatic) and buffering system.

u Height and diameter customizable for different coil.
2 – WIRE PREFEEDING AND EXTERNAL STRAIGHTENING UNIT
u One set external horizontal straightening unit with mechanical memory.
u The last upper roll being built into 2 units separately to allow independent straightening adjustment for double wire feeding.
u The external horizontal straightening unit is equipped with pneumatic and motorised wire clamping and feeding device which insures the processing of wire insertion and feeding automatically.
u Suitable for double wire: 6-13mm, single wire: 6-16mm.
3 – WIRE FEEDING AND MEASURING UNIT
u Two motorised rollers driven by servo-motor.
u One pressure roller.
u One measuring roller with encoder.
u A pneumatic pressure system ensures all wire are pulled by feeding unit without damaging their outer surface.
u Synchronous belt instead of gear box, easy to maintain and save cost.
4 – WIRE INTERNAL STRAIGHTENING UNIT
u One set internal vertical straightening unit with mechanical memory.
u The upper roll next to the last being built into 2 units separately to allow independent straightening adjustment for double wire feeding.
u Suitable for double wire: 6-13mm, single wire: 6-16mm.
5 – WIRE BENDING UNITS
u It consists of a rotating and retractable bending arm driven by servo-motor.
u Double direction bending.
u The bending unit is combined with a secondary feeding unit which allows to produce shapes bent on both ends using one bending unit instead of two.
u Synchronous belt instead of gear box, easy to maintain and save cost.
u Central bending mandrel can be easily replaced to realize different bending radius
and shapes.
6 – WIRE CUTTING UNITS
u Mobile blade driven by an electric brake motor.
u Plug type fixed blade and mobile blade, convenient to replace and save spare parts cost.
7 – COLLECTING BENCH
u 12 meters long rebar collecting bench.
u U-shape with 12m middle length is realized with reversing unit and collecting bench.
u Double direction reversing bending.
8 – ELECTRIC CABINET AND CONTROL CONSOLE
u Programming and stirrups or shape with up to 30 bends from the control keyboard.
u Storing up to 500 different shapes.
u Can setup several orders (max. 10) in the same production plan, and the selected orders will be assigned to the production one by one with machine stop.
u Adjusting the bending angle without interrupting the working cycle.
u Continuous variation of feeding and bending speeds by means of potentiometer without interrupting the working cycle.
u Trouble shooting program to detect any failure or problem.
